Syntel Selection Process:
Syntel selection will be done by 4 successful rounds
Round 1 – written Test:
In written exam Syntel will ask questions on verbal ability, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude. There are total 100 question in test paper and candidates who will score more than 75 questions are only called for second round.
Round 2 – Group Discussion:
Syntel will give topics such as development in technology, current situations in the world, needs for developing the country, etc and give 15 to 20 minutes time. Candidates should raise the questions, give the answers, and support others in group discussion.
Round 3 – Technical Interview:
Candidates who will satisfy in group discussion will be called for Technical interview. Candidates must have prepared projects mentioned in resume, subject at academic level and software and hard ware.
Round4 – HR Interview:
