Hi friends, MindTree is going to conduct walk in for recruiting talented persons for various positions. MindTree is leading organization in IT solutions. MindTree will select right persons by conducting written test, technical interview and HR Interview. Candidates who will be qualified in written exam are called for technical interview then successful candidates invited for HR round. Most of the candidates filtered in Written Exam and candidates who will eligible for technical interview are 70% selected. Here we are providing selection process and questions asked in MindTree placement papers and interview.
MindTree Placement Selection Process:
First round in MindTree selections is written test. Written test comprises 3 sections aptitude & reasoning, technical and programming and Essay writing. Candidates who will be secured more than 80% marks in written test are eligible for Technical interview.
Second round is technical interview. Interview will be held minimum 1 hour, questions will ask from subjects in academic standard, projects mentioned in resume, programming and analytical.
Third round of MindTree selections is HR Round. Candidates have selected 99% before entering into HR interview. 1% is based on the candidate behavior, management kills, goals, dedication etc. HR test the candidates by asking personal and professional questions.
