UGC net exam June 2015: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts National Eligibility Test (NET) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor both in Indian universities and colleges. CBSE has released NET June 2015 Notification and invites online applications from interested and eligible candidates. CBSE is going to conduct NET Examination on 28th June 2015. UGC NET online application form is available on official website from 16th April to 15th May 2015. Examination fee is Rs. 600/- for General, Rs. 300/- for OBC and Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST candidates. Candidates are required to pay application fee through e-Challan or Bank Debit card/ Credit card. NET exam June 2015 Eligibility:
Candidates who are willing to appear in CBSE UGC NET June 2015 Examination must have to satisfy following eligible conditions. Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (General) from any recognized university. 50% marks required for other than General category candidates. Candidates who will have appeared in final year of qualifying examination may also eligible to apply but those candidates must be produced passed certificate with required percentage of marks. Candidates with PhD whose master degree level completed 19th September 1991 shall be relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate for appearing NET. Candidate age should not be exceeded 28 years as on 1st June 2015 for Junior Research fellowship. 5 years of upper age relaxation is applicable for candidates other than General category. No upper age limit for applying for eligibility for assistant professor.
CBSE UGC NET June 2015 Syllabus and Subjects:
UGC Examination comprises 3 papers paper I, Paper II and paper III. Paper I will be of 60 objective types multiple choice questions. Candidates are required to attempt only 50 questions in this paper. Paper I examination duration is 75 minutes. All questions of paper II and Paper III will be compulsory and covering entire syllabus. Second papers and third paper contained 50 and 75 questions respectively. Each question carries 2 marks and there is no negative marking for wrong answer. So, candidates may attempt guess answer also without any tension. Papers I and Paper III will be selected by candidates at the time of apply online.
