Advt 06/2015 UPSC Assistants Recruitment 2015 Apply online

Union public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 16 assistant vacancies in various departments. UPSC invites online applications from interested and eligible candidates. Interested candidates are requested to apply online through official website www.upsc.gov.in on or before the closing date. Application fee is Rs. 25/- (no fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ female candidates) will be made through either  by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card. UPSC Assistants Recruitment 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Directors (Cost) in the Office of Chief Adviser Cost, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance:

Number of vacancies: 12

Education qualification: candidates are Register of Members of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Age Limit: candidate age should not be above 35 years as on 16th April 2015.

Pay scale: Rs. 15,600- 39,100 (PB-3) + Rs.5,400 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.43,470/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible.

Assistant Mineral Economists (Intelligence) in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines:

Number of vacancies: 03

Education qualification: candidates should have completed Master’s Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or Economics or Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent

Age Limit: candidate age should not be above 38 years for OBC and 40 years for ST candidates as on 16th April 2015.

Pay scale: Rs. 15,600- 39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.43,470/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible

Assistant Town and Country Planner in Town and Country Planning Organisation, Ministry of Urban Development:

Number of vacancies: 01

Education qualification: candidates should have completed Post Graduate Degree in Town or City or Urban or Housing or Country or Rural or Infrastructure or Regional or Transport or Environmental Planning from a recognized University or Institute OR Bachelor of Planning or Bachelor of Technology in Planning from a recognized University or Institute with three years experience in the field of Urban or Regional Planning in the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations.

Age Limit: candidate age should not be above 38 years for OBC and 40 years for ST candidates as on 16th April 2015.

Pay scale: Rs. 15,600- 39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.43,470/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible

Selection process:

Candidates will be selected based on the performance in personal interview. Only eligible and shortlisted based on qualification academic records will be called for interview.

Application fee:

Application fee is Rs. 25/- for General and OBC male candidates and No fee for other candidates. Application fee will be paid in the form of remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card.
